Controlled crying in The Conversation

CCCH researcher and project manager Dr Anna Price has published a piece in The Conversation about her PhD study into the long-term outcomes of controlled crying on children’s and mothers’ mental health.

Anna’s study showed that there was absolutely no difference in outcomes for families who were offered the sleep strategies and those who weren’t. Importantly, her study showed that not only do the sleep strategies work, they are safe to use.
