The Raising Children Network has new resources to help parents support their child’s development in the early years and recognise early signs of developmental concerns.
The collection of resources covers from birth to 2 years and were developed in collaboration with maternal and child health nurses. They are designed to help parents to support their child’s development, better identify what typical development might look like, how to recognise early signs of developmental concerns, and know when and how to seek professional support.
Practitioners and services that work with families can download posters, handouts, social media posts and videos for free and are encouraged to display the resources and share them with parents and carers.
