The Productivity Commission recently released its draft report into Childcare and Early Childhood Learning. The case for reform was welcomed by the Centre for Community Child Health (CCCH) and by participants at our recent seminar – Investing in Early Childhood: the future of early childhood education and care in Australia.

What’s next?

  • Experts from CCCH will present at the Public Hearing in Melbourne on 18 August 2014.
  • Public submissions to the Inquiry are invited by 5 September 2014.
  • The final report to Government is due on 31 October 2014.
