On Monday 18 August Centre Director Professor Frank Oberklaid together with Dr Tim Moore presented to the Public Hearing of the Productivity Commission’s Inquiry into Childcare and Early Learning. Together they discussed the evidence regarding child development and the issues surrounding child care worker qualifications.
