The Centre for Adolescent Health – one of the world’s preeminent centres focusing on adolescent health and wellbeing – offers online courses that allow you to study your way, in your time, no matter where you live.
Designed to meet the professional development needs, goals and interests of those who work with young people in difference disciplines, the Centre for Adolescent Health offers online study for:
- Graduate Certificate of Adolescent Health and Wellbeing (1-year part time)
- Graduate Diploma in Adolescent Health and Wellbeing (1-year full time / 2-years part time)
- Master of Adolescent Health and Wellbeing (2-years full time / 4-years part time)
The course offers a multidisciplinary forum where you can:
- Appreciate the developmental, social and environmental contexts that impact young people’s lives.
- Gain critical insight into the underlying causes of adolescent health problems and how best to address these.
- Build a repertoire of professional capabilities for implementing effective programs and practices in the settings where young people live, work, learn and play, including health services.
Taught by the Centre of Adolescent Health, the Centre’s professional affiliations with the Royal Children’s Hospital, Murdoch Children’s Research Institute and The University of Melbourne guarantee best practice in working with young people, research excellence and a passion for teaching.
