All staff, patients, families and members of The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) community are invited to attend the RCH Open Access Board Meeting this Wednesday, February 26.
This is an important opportunity for staff and the community to participate in decision making processes and to gain an understanding of the rationale, context and environment for Board plans and decisions. It also supports transparency, accountability and consumer engagement in the healthcare system.
The government requires all health services to hold one open board meeting a year, and the RCH Board welcomes the opportunity to engage with staff and the wider community, to share its insight on relevant issues and areas of community interest.
