Four-year-old Inez Whitehouse is following in her mother’s footsteps a little too closely.
The Coburg youngster broke her arm after falling awkwardly while she was running with friends in a park last Friday afternoon.
Mum Ariane Whitehouse said: “I broke my arm when I was a little girl, much the same age, running and fell over … unfortunately she’s as clumsy as I am I think.”
At first Ms Whitehouse didn’t think her daughter was as seriously injured as she was because she was so stoic.
“I didn’t believe she had broken it because she was so brave, normally she would cry for hours over a little graze.”
But by Friday night an x-ray at the Royal Children’s Hospital confirmed the break, and Inez’s arm was put in a cast.
