As the education year comes to a close for 2023, it is a pleasure to hear from current student, Natalie Rotin, and past student, Dr Bao Nguyen, as they talk about their experiences studying with us at the Centre for Adolescent Health.
We often hear our students talk about the importance of the cross-sectoral conversations they have while studying with us. As Natalie says “We’re online with students based interstate and overseas – we’ve got nurses in Queensland, doctors from the Middle East, social workers in Japan. You’re getting to hear experiences from health professionals in very different worlds and environments.”
We also hear, as Bao says, that the course can be career-defining, “Studying the Graduate Certificate in Adolescent Health and Wellbeing is a wonderful opportunity to build new networks and step outside the status quo, given it is such a unique and world-leading course. It will add an extra dimension to your career, distinguishing you from others.”
