My Story
Commencing August 9, I aim to ride my recumbent bicycle 4000km in 20 days across the Nullarbor from Perth to Sydney and hope to raise funds to support the ongoing running of the ChIPS Program.facebook.com/Cycling.the.Nullarbor.for.ChIPS/

Working with and supporting young people has been a passion of mine since I commenced work at the Children’s Hospital in 1990 as a Paediatric trainee.
All too often young people with a Chronic Illness miss out on opportunities that their peers without an illness may take for granted.
The Chronic Illness Peer Support (ChIPS) Program is for young people aged 12 to 25 years living with a Chronic Illness. ChIPS is based at Department of Adolescent Medicine, Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne.
ChIPS is a vibrant program for young people, led by young people. ChIPS offers a wide range of opportunities for young people including discussion groups, social events, leadership opportunities and camps.
Be generous….. even if you donate 1 cent for each kilometre I ride it will make a big difference!! All donations over $2 are tax deductible. https://rchf-fundraising.everydayhero.com/au/cycling-for-chips.
