The ‘Study With Your Health, Not Against It’ Education Forum is designed to help young people with chronic health conditions and their parents or carers navigate the maze of supports and options in years 11 and 12 VCE, vocational education, training options and scholarships.

The free forum is organised by the RCH Transition Support Service, Ronald McDonald Learning Program, Capital City Local Learning and Employment Network and Starlight’s Livewire Program.

It will take place between 5pm and 8pm on Tuesday, June 21 at Victoria University Convention Centre, Level 12, 300 Flinders Street.

To register for your free ticket, visit http://bit.ly/1W3GYHN. Registrations close on Friday, June 2.
