The challenge is to shift the paradigm of the service system and government from a focus on crisis to one that recognises a balance is needed to also support and strengthen families and young people that are doing ok.
This presentation describes the roles and activities of the 3 services and provides an overview of the steps in the amalgamation process. The various challenges will be presented and discussed together with future directions and opportunities.
