Professor George Patton was speaking at the ministerial launch of Young Australians: their health and wellbeing 2007.

He chaired the Advisory Committee to the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare around the development of the report. The report brings together the best available current data on aspects of health and social development and is widely used in formulating Commonwealth Government policies in relation to youth.
