Congratulations to Dr David Hill who was honoured by being appointed as Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in the recent King’s Birthday honours list. David’s career achievements are well known to many of our alumni but include:
- Director, Department of Allergy and Immunology at RCH from 1990-2006;
- Senior Consultant Allergist at MCRI since 2006. David has been an author on over 180 scientific papers on asthma and food allergic disorders of children;
- Vice-President and Secretary-General of the Trans Pacific Immunology Society;
- Chair of the Asia-Pacific Basin Region Committee of American Academy of Asthma Allergy and Immunology.
