Lachlan is six years old, but weighs only 15kg and is the same size as his two-year-old sister. His school uniform is so tiny, it has to be tailor-made. Because he is so small, kids tease him and call him a baby, which Lachlan finds very upsetting.

Aside from needing growth hormone injections, Lachlan was also born with two thumbs on one hand, has had three heart operations, and has a malformed bowel. Read more
