In memory of Nora

Today is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. Today is a day to promote greater awareness and support for families whose lives have been impacted by the loss of a child during pregnancy, at birth and in infancy. Families just like Samantha’s and Richard’s.

Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination – Guidance for RCH Contractors

In line with the Victorian Chief Health Officer’s Directions, the RCH has implemented measures to ensure that everyone who works at the RCH meets the mandatory vaccination requirements for healthcare workers. This includes all our employees, contractors, sub-contractors and volunteers.

Rapid Antigen Testing at the RCH

The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) is implementing Rapid Antigen Testing for all parents and carers visiting their child. The safety and care of our patients, families and staff remains our top priority and as such, with the support of the Department of Health, will be implementing this process as a matter of priority.

COVID-19 update from the RCH

With COVID so active in the community, it is an unfortunate inevitability that there will be exposures in hospitals – and on every occasion these are managed in line with the Department of Health guidelines.
