The face of the Good Friday Appeal 2012

Little Declan Barrett spent his first nine months of life at The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH).

A 12-week ultrasound revealed the Victorian boy had a birth defect, gastroschisis, which affects about one in 4000 Victorian children.

Declan is this year’s face of the RCH Good Friday Appeal.

Last year generous Victorians raised more than $15 million for the appeal.
