For Benjamin\u2019s family, My RCH Portal has been an anticipated, and very welcome tool which they use at least once a week.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a one-stop shop to manage your appointments and see test results\u00a0from doctors,\u201d Benjamin\u2019s mum Tracy said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt has made things a lot easier because I can look at results as soon as they are loaded on the portal and without having to contact a doctor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She said she would \u201cdefinitely recommend\u201d other families take advantage and sign up to the portal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBenny sees many different specialists, so to be able to find everything all in the one place has made things easier. I also don\u2019t have to carry around a heap of paperwork with me anymore!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>My RCH Portal was developed as part of the RCH\u2019s $48 million Electronic Medical Record, which successfully went live in April.
