You may be at different stages of the transition\u00a0process at the RCH or may have transferred to the RMH for your ongoing care.<\/p>\n<p>The RCH and the RMH, including senior Doctors, Nurses, Allied Health staff, Directors,\u00a0Administrators and Consumer Group Representatives, are working together to improve the\u00a0way young people transition and transfer between our hospitals.<\/p>\n<p>We value your involvement and invite you to share your thoughts and experiences at this\u00a0special RCH to RMH Transition Consumer Forum.
