The past few months have been a busy time for Neurodevelopment and Disability – we have had a name change and also welcomed some old and new members to our medical team.
A big welcome back to:
Dr Kate Milner
Kate has spent most of this year in London working as a Child Development Lecturer with the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. She coordinated an evaluation of Grand Challenges Canada’s portfolio of early child development interventions in low-resource settings and worked as a consultant with the World Health Organization on a toolkit to support care of children with congenital Zika virus syndrome.
Dr Gordon Baikie
Gordon previously worked in Neurodevelopment and Disability for more than 12 years before leaving to work teaching in Lao for 3 years including consulting in the establishment of a developmental clinic. Gordon brings back with him teaching experience and knowledge about health issues for children in developing countries.

Dr Zoë McCallum
Dr Zoë McCallum is a General Paediatrician who has worked in the field of general paediatrics, clinical nutrition, feeding and weight management for over 2 decades. She has a keen interest in the interface of neurodevelopmental disability and nutrition and growth. Zoë has expertise in intestinal failure, parenteral nutrition, enteral feeding support and obesity management. She is trained and experienced in the diagnosis and management of neurodevelopmental disability, primarily autism. Zoë enjoys working with a multidisciplinary team to provide accessible, quality healthcare for children, young people and their families.
