Strengthening Care for Children in the Wimmera Southern Mallee (SC4C@WSM)\u00a0is an initiative of the By Five Innovation and Equity Hub.<\/p>\n

SC4C@WSM\u00a0establishes partnerships between paediatric specialists, local professionals and\u00a0families\u00a0to\u00a0deliver high quality local care and\u00a0improve the health and wellbeing of children\u00a0and young people.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

SC4C@WSM\u202fprovides a localised, family-centred model of care\u00a0to improve equity and access to specialist care for children and young people in the Wimmera\u00a0Southern\u00a0Mallee region of Victoria.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
