The Education Institute is conducting an online survey with patients and their parents and/or carers to determine the level of satisfaction with our education support service in the hospital.
The survey is designed to be completed by patients over 12 years, as well as by parents/ carers.
We would also like to gauge the level of satisfaction of younger students, however a researcher from the Education Institute will be available to help younger children complete the survey.
The survey is anonymous and all data will be kept confidential. If we publish the results of the survey we will only use group data and no individuals will be identified.

The survey will be live from July 1st until September 30th, 2012.
